I borrow all my filming equipment from my husband (he climbs and has a youtube channel - occasionally I'll make an appearance 😄). I love the DJI Osmo Pocket and microphone - both are super portable and easy to use. I started off using my phone but the videos quickly took up too much of my storage space so I switched over. Highly recommend!

My husband gifted this to me for Christmas and while it's something you can live without, it truly has helped me with dough proofing times especially in the winter months when the house is colder. I live in Arizona where it is generally warm all year round and our house temperature is set to around 73-75°F. However, this rising pad helps create an optimal 85°F (which is slightly too warm to keep a house at). I've used this several times with different doughs (brioche, focaccia, pizza, etc.) and different raising agents (sourdough or active dry yeast). It has decreased proofing times from 4-6 hours to 1-2 hours.

Fairly straightforward - these are the spatulas I love and use for everything. They're the perfect size for mixing sourdough starter, cooking eggs, scraping down the sides of the bowl on the KitchenAid stand mixer, etc. I've tried other spatulas previously that were always too stiff, too flexible, too large, or not durable enough. I plan to repurchase these should they ever get worn out.

These are my favorite mixing bowls (3 of the 4 I own) - I've had them for two years now. They are made of stainless steel, feel heavy duty and sturdy, and in the perfect sizes for what you'll ever need. The covers are tight-fitting and I've never had any issue with the lids warping or coming off like on other bowl sets.

This is the stand mixer I've had for over 4 years now - the bowl-lift (professional series) is heavier duty than the tilt-head (artisan series) stand mixers. It handles dough extremely well and I haven't had any issues with it in all the time I've owned it.

These are the two bowl scraper tools you may have seen me use in some of my sourdough videos. The blue one is more of a softer silicone one and the gray one is a harder plastic - I use the gray one during stretch and folds for sourdough. The blue one is great during baking in general to ensure no batter gets left behind in the bowl!
