swumade started off as a creative outlet that quickly turned into a passion project.

As a mechanical engineer turned program manager working primarily in the tech startup industry, I often struggled with finding a work-life balance and dedicating energy towards hobbies after long work days. While I enjoy the work I do and am immensely grateful for the opportunities it has given me, I am most recharged and in my element when exploring my creative side and making things.

Content creation has become a way for me to hold myself accountable for dedicating time towards hobbies that I previously put on the backburner when life got busy.
